By booking or purchasing a virtual tarot or astrology reading or session with The Cosmic Kismet, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Educational & Entertainment Purposes (General Disclaimer)
Tarot and astrology readings provided by The Cosmic Kismet are intended for self-reflection, guidance, and entertainment purposes only.
2. Not Professional Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
No Medical Advice: I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or healthcare provider. Readings are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or mental health counseling.
No Legal or Financial Advice: Readings do not constitute formal legal, financial, or investment advice. Always consult a licensed professional for specific legal, medical, or financial matters.
3. Personal Responsibility
You maintain full free will and personal autonomy. Any decisions made or actions taken based on information received during a reading are entirely your own responsibility.
4. Booking, Virtual Delivery & Cancellations
Virtual Format: All readings are conducted virtually via Zoom or email, as specified during booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Each reading or session has it's own policy. They are as follows:
Astrology Charts
To reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance of the session (only applicable if we are doing a Zoom session). To cancel, due to the long nature of my work for these readings, you must cancel 72 hours in advance or 75% of the fee will be retained by The Cosmic Kismet. If you cancel within 24 hours of a reading or do not attend the reading session (a.k.a. a “no show”), 100% of the fee will be retained by The Cosmic Kismet.
Tarot Readings
To reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance of the session (only applicable if we are doing a Zoom session). You must cancel 24 hours in advance or 50% of the fee will be retained by The Cosmic Kismet. If you do not attend the reading session (a.k.a. a “no show”), 50% of the fee will be retained by The Cosmic Kismet.
All Other Sessions (Including An Hour with Bea and Craft & Learn)
To reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance of the session. You must cancel 24 hours in advance or 50% of the fee will be retained by The Cosmic Kismet. If you do not attend the session (a.k.a. a "no show"), 50% of the fee will be retained by The Cosmic Kismet.
Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of this sort of service, completed readings are non-refundable.
5. Client Eligibility
Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By booking a reading, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
